Subscription & Billing

Choose a plan, fund your wallet, activate your subscription, manage renewals, and understand billing status, transactions, and subscription changes in one place.

Overview

Your subscription controls which features you can use and how many linked accounts, copy trading rooms, signal tools, or Strategy Hub bots are available in your workspace. Your billing area also helps you track your current plan, renewal period, wallet funding, and recent subscription-related transactions.

Plan-based access

Your active plan decides which features are enabled and what limits apply to your account.

Wallet-funded billing

Subscription upgrades or renewals may require enough available wallet balance before activation can complete.

Live subscription status

You can review your current plan, billing period, linked account limits, and included features from the subscription area.

Billing visibility

Recent transactions help you understand whether a payment is pending, confirmed, failed, or canceled.

Quick Start

1
Open Subscription & Billing and review your current plan.
2
Compare the available plans and choose the one that matches your required features and limits.
3
If your wallet balance is too low, fund your wallet before confirming the subscription.
4
Confirm the plan change, extension, or custom modification.
5
Check your active plan, billing interval, and plan limits after activation.
6
Review your recent transactions if you need to confirm that the payment was processed successfully.

Plans & access

Your plan controls feature access

Your plan can control linked exchange or broker accounts, refresh speed, Signal Provider capacity, Copy Signals capacity, Copy Trading Rooms, and Strategy Hub bots.

Not every plan has the same limits

Two plans may both be active while still offering different room counts, bot counts, or custom pricing options. Always review the limits before you switch.

Free or trial-like plans are limited

A free or trial-like plan may let you test the platform, but it can still limit access to advanced tools, account counts, or premium automation features.

Custom plans can be modified

If you use a custom plan, your limits may be adjusted by changing specific units such as Signal Provider, Signal Investor, Copy Trading, or Strategy Hub.

Activation & payment

Choose a plan first

When you open the pricing modal, select the plan and billing interval that you want to activate. Depending on your current subscription, this action may switch, extend, or modify your plan.

Your wallet balance may be required

Before the subscription is confirmed, the platform may verify that your available wallet balance is enough to cover the expected charge.

You may see a confirmation step

Before the final action is applied, you may be asked to confirm the selected plan, billing period, action type, and expected charge.

Activation happens after successful processing

After the charge is accepted, refresh the subscription page and verify that your current plan, included features, and limits have updated correctly.

Before you confirm a paid subscription, make sure your wallet has enough available balance. If your balance is not enough, deposit first and then retry the subscription action.

Current subscription status

Current plan

This tells you which plan is active now. If no plan is active, you should choose a plan before expecting premium features to work.

Billing interval

Your subscription may be billed monthly or annually. Always verify the current interval before extending or switching.

Start and end dates

Your subscription period helps you understand when the current access started and when the current cycle is expected to end.

Included features

Use the included features list to confirm whether portfolio view, risk tools, copy tools, or automation tools are currently active in your plan.

Renewals & expiration

Renew before access is interrupted

Before your subscription ends, review your current plan and renew early if you want to keep the same limits and access without interruption.

Expiration can reduce access

If your subscription expires, features controlled by the plan may become unavailable, limited, or blocked until a valid subscription is restored.

Annual and monthly cycles behave differently

A monthly subscription usually extends one month at a time, while an annual subscription typically extends a full yearly cycle.

Always verify after renewal

After you renew, confirm that the new end date and active plan status are visible in your subscription area.

Upgrade, switch, and modify

Switch plan

Use this when you want to move from one plan to another because you need different limits or feature coverage.

Extend plan

Use this when you want to keep your current paid plan and add more time to it without changing the plan itself.

Modify custom plan

Use this when you already have a custom plan and only want to increase or change specific custom units.

Good workflow: first review your current limits, then choose the new plan or custom modification, verify the expected charge, confirm the action, and finally re-check that your active limits match what you purchased.

Deposit & wallet funding

If your wallet balance is not enough for a subscription action, fund your wallet first. After the deposit is confirmed, return to Subscription & Billing and retry the plan activation or upgrade.

Choose the correct deposit method

Select the currency and network carefully. Always send funds on the exact network shown in the deposit flow.

Wait for confirmation

After you send the deposit, wait for it to be confirmed and reflected in your wallet balance before retrying the subscription action.

Transactions & billing history

Track recent billing events

Your transaction history helps you verify deposits, subscription charges, and other wallet-related events.

Review status carefully

A transaction may be pending, processing, confirmed, failed, or canceled. Always review the final status before assuming the charge has completed.

Subscription charges can appear as transactions

When a subscription change is paid from your wallet, the billing action may appear in your transaction history as a subscription-related entry.

Use history before contacting support

Before opening a billing ticket, review the latest transaction entries, timestamps, amount, and currency so you can describe the issue clearly.

Failed payments

Insufficient balance

If the platform says you do not have enough funds, deposit more into your wallet and try again.

Unauthorized or session issue

If the subscription action cannot continue because of authorization, sign in again and retry from your account.

Generic processing error

If the platform reports a generic billing error, wait a moment, refresh the page, and try again once before contacting support.

Do not assume success too early

If the plan has not changed and the transaction is not confirmed, do not assume the subscription action succeeded.

Support

If your subscription did not activate, first check your wallet balance, current plan, and recent transactions.
If your deposit was sent but is not reflected yet, keep your TXID, payment screenshot, amount, currency, and network ready before you contact support.
If you are unsure whether you should switch, extend, or modify a plan, review your current limits first and then contact support only if the expected action is still unclear.
When you contact support, describe the exact action you took, the expected charge, and the result you saw on screen.
