You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, access tokens, passwords, and any account integrations used with the platform. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, connecting platforms, editing profile information, or submitting contact or support requests.
4. Financial and Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading in leveraged products, digital assets, derivatives, foreign exchange, and automated strategies involves substantial risk. Past performance, visible charts, ROI values, provider profiles, or signal history do not guarantee future results.
You understand and agree that losses can exceed expectations and may occur quickly because of slippage, market gaps, disconnections, exchange outages, broker behavior, liquidity events, latency, pricing anomalies, execution rejection, or user misconfiguration.
- No chart, metric, signal, provider profile, or account summary is a promise of future performance.
- Copy trading and social trading may lead to rapid losses, including losses caused by provider decisions or delayed execution.
- Automation settings, DCA logic, stop rules, and risk tools reduce some operational risk but do not remove market risk.
- You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and all consequences of connecting your accounts.
5. No Investment Advice or Brokerage Relationship
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate signed agreement,Coney Algo is not providing personalized investment advice, portfolio management, fiduciary services, broker-dealer execution services, or legal or tax advice through this website alone.
Any metrics, rankings, provider pages, trending signals, or educational content are presented for platform functionality, operational visibility, or informational purposes only. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
6. Connected Accounts, APIs, and Third-Party Services
The platform may interact with third-party brokers, exchanges, liquidity venues, market-data sources, prop firms, cloud services, payment providers, and communication services. Those third-party services remain subject to their own terms, rules, downtime, limitations, and security practices.
We do not control every external dependency and are not responsible for service failures caused by third-party APIs, broker systems, exchange outages, account restrictions, KYC or AML holds, symbol differences, unsupported instruments, rejected orders, or upstream infrastructure failures.
7. Social Trading, Signals, and Copy Features
Social trading features may allow providers to publish profiles, descriptions, banners, public metrics, and signals, and may allow investors to review, compare, and copy selected strategies.
Providers are responsible for the truthfulness and appropriateness of the information they publish. Investors are responsible for independently evaluating signals, provider descriptions, minimum investment requirements, drawdown behavior, and suitability before enabling any copy relationship.
- We do not guarantee that a signal will remain active, profitable, available, or suitable for your objectives.
- We may disable, remove, or moderate provider content, signals, or related visibility features at our discretion.
- Investor-side copy execution may differ from provider-side results because of account size, symbol mapping, latency, spreads, slippage, and broker conditions.
8. Risk Controls and Protective Features
Features such as Risk Manager, Smart StopOut, account protections, drawdown thresholds, or related safeguards are intended to help reduce operational damage. They are not guaranteed fail-safe controls.
You understand that protective logic may be affected by external conditions, including platform unavailability, broker execution behavior, rejected close requests, pricing gaps, stale data, configuration errors, or delayed account state updates.
9. Fees, Plans, and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription, add-on plan, or feature entitlement. Access limits may apply to providers, investors, accounts, signals, copy rooms, or automation features based on the active plan assigned to your account.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Failure to maintain an active plan may restrict access to some features or disable certain actions.

You agree not to misuse the platform.

11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the platform at any time where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, manage legal or operational risk, or comply with law, policy, or provider limitations.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically erase obligations, accrued fees, previous violations, intellectual property restrictions, or liability limitations that should reasonably survive termination.
12. Intellectual Property
The platform interface, brand materials, software logic, layout, visual components, charts, documentation, text, workflows, and related content are owned by or licensed to Coney Algo, except for third-party logos, user-submitted content, or content owned by external providers.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses linked to trading activity, automation behavior, copy relationships, account disconnections, configuration mistakes, provider content, or third-party outages.

17. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind the platform, unless a different governing law is expressly required by mandatory regulation or written agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
